Dean Caputo

Dean Caputo is a retired Sergeant with a Southern California law enforcement agency. He was on the job for 30 years. He was a supervisor in charge of the Force Training Unit since 1994. He implemented the patrol rifle program in 1995 and the previous carbine program in 1987. He is a Gunsite Rangemaster (Pistol/Carbine), Colt Factory armorer instructor for the AR15/M16 and 1911 platforms since 1997. He is a recipient of the Medal of Valor for off duty OIS.
